Ingredients: 100% medical valerian root.

Used for: Valerian reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, improves the cardiovascular system, increases the effects of sleeping pills, and also has spasmolytic properties. Used as a nervous system sedative, insomnia, headaches, cancer, improvement of appetite and in gastrointestinal spasms cases.

Usage instructions:  10 g of valerian root and rootstock place into an enamel bowl, pour 300 ml  boiled water at room temperature, cover with a lid and heat in boiling water for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes at room temperature, filter, and expel the remaining liquid. Add boiled water to the resulting infusion volume to reach 300 ml.
