Plantain tea

Folium plantaginis majoris L.

Ingredients: Plantain, a large (leaves chopped).

Used for: Plantain leaves infusion improves respiratory epithelial features, promotes mucus secretion and clearance from the bronchi. It makes expectoration easier. Is used for bronchitis, dry coughs, bronchial asthma, the treatment of tuberculosis.

Usage instructions:  Pour 1 tablespoon of herbs to 1 cup of boiling water, brew for 15 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day
